When can I expect my order?
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days plus the carrier shipping times. Shipping times depends on your location and carrier. We currently are not offering expedited orders.
We do our best to ship all products the next day, however, we do have a life hence the buffer time (5-7 business days).
What are your shipping rates?
We ship within the US based on current shipping rates.
Where do you ship to?
For physical products, we currently ship in the US only. Digital products are available to all no matter where you are. You download them straight to your device.
What if the Intention Collection products do not work?
All products in the Intention Collection are crafted with intention. Just because you don't believe, does not mean there is no magic in each product. "The product doesn't work", is a lack mindset. Each product is made to order, meaning Pearl blesses all products before they ship. All products "work".
My product is damaged! Help!
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@soulsxspirits.com with your order number and a photo of the product’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All physical products are non-refundable. Each product is on a made to order basis.We do not accept returns as each product is made to order.
Digital products are also non-refundable due to the intellectual property is provided via download.
